Rhino Off-Road RTV’s Coming to Spain
ROI Continues International Growth

HENDERSON, NV – November 29, 2007 – Rhino Outdoor International, Inc. (RHOI), which operates outdoor activity based businesses, including wholly owned subsidiary Rhino Off-Road Industries, Inc. announced today that a deal to sell Rhino Off-Road RTV’s in Spain was confirmed this week with the purchase-order and deposit received for the first Rhino Off-Road RTV 2FS in Spain.

Ángel Cabañés, owner of an off-road racing enterprise in Spain, met with Rhino Off-Road Industries at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas in October. The meeting, and subsequent demo ride of the RTV, led to the formalization of an international business relationship with ROI. Cabañas will be competing in off-road racing events as well as developing a distributor program for the innovative off-road vehicle in Spain.

“The Rhino Off-Road RTV will have an instant impact here in Spain as we have immediate plans to compete in a number of extreme trail Spanish Championships and rally raids. With some minor modifications to conform with Spanish competition rules (ie: install front window, doors, and mirrors) we will be ready to race and are confident that we will be very competitive,” explained Cabañés. “There isn’t anything that compares to this off-road vehicle in Spain and we are looking forward to bringing this incredible vehicle to market here!”
