Walt Tatum, Chairman of the Board Walt’s career spans more than twenty-five years in senior management positions in private and public enterprises. As Chairman of ROI, Walt is responsible for the financial health of the company and, ultimately, delivering results to shareholders. He is also the driving force behind ROI’s acquisitions and mergers. Walt’s previous experience includes leading numerous acquisitions that were key to the development of DMX Music, a subsidiary of Liberty Media.

Howard Pearl, CEO & President In 2004 Howard founded Rhino Outdoor Industries, combining his passion for outdoor recreation with his extensive automotive experience. Howard brings more than twenty-five years of management experience with both established and startup operations to ROI. He has successfully led the acquisition of eleven companies, and, as CEO of publicly traded Microform, raised $75 million in the capital market. Howard then led the growth of Microform’s sales from $10 million to more than $85 million. He has also been involved in the marketing and positioning of leading products for Ford Motor Company, Lincoln Mercury, Converse, and Johnson & Johnson, among others.
